Josh was a founding member of the Dove Award winning rock band, Burlap to Cashmere on A&M/Interscope records enjoying a #1 song, World Tours, USO Tour and just shy of reaching Gold Record status.

After leaving the band, Josh has had many successes in the music industry which include signing a co-pub writers deal with Cherry Lane Publishing, Winning a Grammy award for playing piano on Kanye West's debut album and securing multiple placements for his original music in major TV shows and feature films.

In December of 2003, he started Song and Film, Inc. and since then has brought on 2 partners who have helped make Song and Film the success it is today.
